If you have made payment online you will receive an instant automatic receipt, and we will also follow up with a confirmation email during our office hours which are Monday-Friday 9am-3pm (UK time).

Event joining instructions are sent out as early as possible before each event, but no later than 14 days prior. Please read these carefully as they include important information about accessibility, dietary requirements, and other key information that ensures you have a safe and enjoyable day with us!

Our cancellation policy can be found in our Terms and Conditions which you agreed to at the point of booking.
We operate a maximum 28 day marking turnaround period for online courses, although you will often hear from us much earlier than this, depending on the volume of assignments submitted during that time period. Once your submission has been marked, you will be notified through the online course site, and your certificate will then be emailed out within 7-10 working days.

You can apply for the Level 4 Certificate for Music Educators by downloading the application form here and emailing it back to the address contained on the form. Please remember to include a verified copy of your photo ID and DBS certificate (or equivalent police check certificate if teaching outside the UK).
You can pay online at the time of booking using a credit or debit card, or you can request an invoice to make a BACS or cheque payment. Please note that we cannot take card payments over the phone.
